to promote, coordinate, monitor and evaluate activities of ngos and beneficiaries engaged in the fight of hiv/aids, health promotion, social protection, rmncah, human rights and research as well as build capacity, networks and advocates for civil society organizations involved in health, gender and human rights related programs including hiv/aids, health promotion, social protection, rmincah, human rights and research in order to improve the living conditions of the affected communities.
