The overall objective of DKI is to increase the capacity of citizens and civil society to engage and advocate while simultaneously building the Government of Rwanda’s responsiveness to citizen needs.
Key beneficiaries targeted: Community Members (particularly vulnerable groups such as PWDs, HMPs, youth, women) Media, CBOs, CSOs and Decision Makers/strategic Government institutions
