USADEC ("Union de Solidarité d’Aide au Développement Communautaire") was created in 2003 with vision of the society where the rural communities sustain their integrated development through political, economic and social empowerment. To achieve this vision, USADEC has a mission of building capacities of vulnerable people for community resilience to climate change, justice and equitable development.
