The National Strategy for Transformation NST1 – 2018-2024 as an implementing instrument for the Vision 2050 and SDGs 2030, underscores strengthening the Justice, Law and Order as key priority area to Transformational Governance. In the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development adopted by all United Nations Organization member states in 2015, the Justice Sector responds specifically to goal 16: “Promote peaceful and inclusive societies f or sustainable development, provide access to Justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all
levels.” However, the JRLOS also responds to a number of cross-cutting goals such as SDG 5 on Gender and SDG10 on Reduced inequalities.
