INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND EMPOWERMENT OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY IN RWANDA A CASE STUDY OF HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL IN NYAMASHEKE DISTRICT
