FAO Country Programming Framework for Rwanda (CPF) 2019-2023

The Country Programming Framework (CPF) identifies government priorities to guide FAO partnership with, and support to the government in alignment with global, regional and national initiatives, policies, and strategies. It is developed through a results-based approach meant to build institutional synergies and reinforce FAO’s commitment towards improvement of the population’s livelihoods and food security, in a more harmonized and coordinated way.
