Early Childhood Development policy-2016

The long term vision for the government of Rwanda is to transform the economy from an agrarian to a knowledge-based economy with its population as a formidable force behind this transformation. In order to realize this vision, we have an obligation to anhance human skills and knowledge development especially for the young generation through early childhood Development (ECD) interventions.
