SERVICE DELIVERY ASSESSMENT TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

The constitution of the Republic of Rwanda of 2003 revised in 2015 in its article 10 that relates to the fundamental principles that Rwanda to uphold include building a state commited to the promotion of social welfare and the establishment of appropriate mechanisms for equal opportunities to social justice. Article 16 of the constitution stipulates that, all Rwandans are born and remain equal in rights and freedoms and that discrimination of any kind including physical or mental disability are prohibited and punishable by law.
