DISABILITY MAINSTREAMING GUIDELINES

The following guidelines aim to consider all types of disabilities, including physical, intellectual,
visual and hearing impairments, and a wide array of issues of importance for everyday life.
However, given that it is impossible to take into account all the specificities of any type of
disability and to anticipate every eventuality, we acknowledge the limitations of these guidelines
as they don’t cover all the possible aspects of disability mainstreaming in Rwanda.
